  • Valentines Day Dinner Help...

    okay this year for my girlfriend i decided to do thins a little bit different...
    meaning money is sorta on the low i told here id cook dinner tonight.

    now i want it to be something enjoyable pleasant and romantic all at the same time. while staying carb like we are. can any of you make any suggestions to help me out here.

    also i want to make some sort of desert. thanks for all the suggestions...

    Are you on induction? If not, what rung?

          All kinds of recipes here on the board!

          Two recipes that we LOVE are Induction friendly, but you'd swear they were from a fancy restuarant. Easy to make and very tasty, I've served these to guests and they really enjoyed them as well. I serve them either with salad, or steamed vegetables.
          You can find them at www.atkins.com ...look for Pork Tenderloins in Creamy Mustard Sauce, and Chicken with Lemon and Capers.

            As far as dessert goes, give her a romantic body massage by candlelight. That's better than dessert any old day!!!!
