That's nice. Is there a link or a recipe? Or are you just going to tease us. Hee

Could one substitute the xanthan gum for Thicken Thin?

I would think the ThickenThin would be a good substitute.

I wish I could send Linda Sue a Valentine's Day card!

No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.

And how about adding a drop or two of either almond extract (for that choc covered cherry taste) or peppermint extract? YUMMY!

                              Betty,

I'm sooooooooooo glad you posted the link to Linda's site. I've been having a fine time trying recipes from there! Tonight we had the Green Enchilada Chicken. And over the weekend we had the Cream Cheese Whipped Cream for snack.

Just about every night I'm going there and finding new things to eat. I want to try all the recipes there!! Oh, and the egg post. I was getting sick of eggs and now I'm gonna go boil like a dozen and make deviled eggs! With Horseradish!

Before Atkins I'd go fix it and then eat all of i...even after having dinner. While everything looks delicious I couldn't eat another bite tonight. BUT I'm looking forward to tomorrow.!!
