So many people here have problems with family and friends who are always trying to tear them down, and I think you need to hold your heads UP!
Misery may love company.. but when YOU'RE miserable, I dare say, NO ONE IS GOING TO SHARE IN IT.
Hold your head up, step light, and be proud. Every day, decide to have a good day, and be proud of yourself. Who cares what anyone thinks? Who cares, really? It's time to stop caring if you do. Even if it's your Mother, your Dad, your spouse. Don't let anyone else decide how your day is going to go.
If something bad happens, so what? Does it change the wonderful person you are? Does it make you stronger or do you let it totally ruin every good feeling you might have had that day? Why? Does it really matter in the grand scheme? Your life is your own. You can mourn, you can cry, you can be miserable for a few minutes, but at the end of the day, you STILL had to get through it, so how did you spend it? That's what matters. Don't let the miserable moments outnumber the good ones.
Even when you lose a loved one, you can't change it, remember the good, and celebrate the life.
