Hello!! I am on day #5 of induction, and just don't feel like I am on a 'diet'. I know this isn't, its a WOL. I guess I feel like how can I lose weight when I am not hungry, depressed, thinking about food all the time, etc.... Those are all things I felt on every other 'diet plan' I tried before. Did anyone else feel this way?? I just can't believe how much better I feel already. I am so glad I found ADBB and all the wonderful people here. THANK YOU!!!


What would we do without it?
