Ok I need some ideas. My wife challenged me last night to a weight loss contest. She said that we will start keeping track on Monday and who ever loses the most weight by the end of the year wins. If she wins she said she wants a bigger diamond on her wedding ring. She is doing a low fat/low calorie diet. So I am pretty sure I will win. So I need some ideas what I should ask for when I win. What do you guys think I should ask for?

Re: What to ask for?
Good question? but a year is a long time for a challenge. If I were you I would concentrate on keeping your mind focused on making it.
As for what to ask for...new wardrobe?FIRST GOAL:Lose7% BF

Re: What to ask for?
In an ideal, perfect, wonderful romance novel world, you would write yours down, with hers, seal it away and keep it a secret...
When you win, and she opens it, she sees that you have written "To be healthier and more energetic to enjoy my life with my wonderful wife is the best prize of all... and to show her how much I value her by using my prize to get her a bigger diamond for her ring".
She would cry and tell her friends how wonderful you are.. cue the music and a fade shot of the two of you, hand in hand in Hawaii.
I am just being sappy today. Ask for a boat. Or golf clubs, or something for a hobby you enjoy, but cant just run out and buy.

womanpraised - I was going to say 'if you win you get to buy her a bigger diamond for her ring!!' LOLWondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

I am willing to be when she sees you losing, and not being deprived, she will switch to Atkins also!!! Maybe you two could set a goal together, like running off to Vegas to renew your vows in fantastic new outfits? Good luck to the both of you and keep us updated on both of you!!
What would we do without it?
