On my fitday, it says I have had 11 carbs, and 3 fiber. Do we take the fiber out of carb grams?? Is my carb count 11 or 8?? Any info would be greatly appreciated!!!
I also had a question on broccolli. I ate a cup of it with my lunch and fitday said that was 5 carbs!!! Is that true?? Its on the induction allowed list, but that seems high to me.
