Gonna have beef and chicken cut into strips, then stir-fried with peppers, mushrooms and broccoli.

I'm eating a bowl of my own special chili (2.5 lbs of ground beef, can of stewed tomatoes, can of jalapeno peppers, mushrooms, cayenne pepper, garlic power, Cajun Charlie's Louisiana hot sauce) with some mozzerella cheese and a dollop of sour cream to keep me from dying of spiciness.

I had salad with turkey, cheese, and cucumber for lunch! I am really into cucumbers right now, so yummy!! I think its burgers and mushrooms for dinner, maybe some cauliflower if I have any veggie allowance left.
What would we do without it?

Having one of my favorite afternoon snacks of pickled eggs and green olives. That will hold me over until I have pork chops and caesar salad for dinner.

Do they taste good, Ellizellen? My grandmother used to make wonderful ones in batter, but they are off the menu. How do they come up just in egg, and do you deep or shallow fry, or what?
