I always put the tin in the fridge for a few hours so they slice easily and hold their shape.
Then I use either beaten egg on its own or add a tablespoon of ground linseed (flax) and dip them in to coat, then shallow fry in a little fat (I use my crepe frypan which is a heavy non-stick one that doesnt need much fat).
I dont use my deepfryer much because I cant be bothered to haul it out often, but bet that would make a nice crisp fritter!!

They are really tasty, and almost my DH's favourite meal as it reminds him of his Army compo-rations!!

I came home planning to have a cup of decaf green tea and a piece of an almond bar I made a few days ago.....but I forgot about the almond bar and snacked on some sausage...lol
Me!! Forgetting about a sweet treat!! Imagine that! Two years ago I would have come home and eaten the whole pan of almond bars!

I have a tin of corned beef in the fridge. Can't wait to try the corned beef fritters later in the week. I need to pick up some cabbage!

My dinner was really sad compared to all of yours! I'm not feeling very good, so I had a piece of low carb toast with PB and a Hillshire Farm Cheddarwurst.

Wow - we sure do eat well on this WOE! Just sitting here drinking my water at the minute, happily digesting a dinner of Atkins-friendly meatloaf (Linda's recipe) and green beans in butter. The meatloaf is currently DH's favorite recipe - a great replacement for my old breadcrumby high-carb standby!

I just got done eating teh most wonderful casserole!!!! I found it on Linda's low carb and tweaked it a bit!!! I shredded the chicken instead of cubing it, and I only made 1/2 in a 8X8 baking pan, and I added 1.5 oz black olives and only used 2.5oz cheese...
here is the link... YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS!!!! its good tho- be careful not to eat too much! I am glad I onnly made 1/2 a batch!

Morning here for me now too.
I just ate 3 meat cheese rollups and some cherry tomatoes.
I buy these great peppered ham slices and used gouda cheese which rolls up neatly without crumbling - my favourite breakfast at the moment - takes no time to prepare and can be eaten on the run, even while driving if we make an early start on our days off.
