  • Day #10 on induction, 10 pounds gone!!!

    I am so happy!!! I just wanted to let everyone know,if you stick with it this WOE works!!! I feel great, I have NOT cheated once, and today I did not have any coffee when I got up!!! Thanks everyone for the support!!!!!
    What would we do without it?



    Mini-goal- 149 by June 1st. I can do it!!!

    Started this WOL on Feb. 13, 2006.

    CW 155
    GW 135
    5' 4"
    OWL Rung 3- Seeds and Nuts



    Frankenfoods- Low Carb Shakes, Bars, Candies.
    Sugar Alcohols= Weight loss stalls and cravings!!
    These are BAD for us!!!!

        congratulations on 10 days cheatfree AND killing that coffee demon!!

        F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
