Well, my first two weeks, I lost 13 pounds. Then that time of the month hit and no weight loss - no surprise. But since then I have actually gained 4 pounds - ACK!!!!!
I did drink far too much diet soda last weekend. Normally, I am very careful to keep my carbs under 20 grams, drink boatloads of water and have increased my exercise (up to an hour of walking from 30 minutes - although it is broken up, since I have very little time with work, school and homework). I have gone down one pant size.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is this normal? Please let me know that I am not alone! And any hints would be appreciated!
