    ah it's that time again.....
    it's almost 40 days till easter which means it's time to think about giving stuff up! last lent i gave up somestuff and for the first time i didn't cheat once in 40 days so i figure that this time i'll try and give up stuff that will help with w/l...
    i am definatly giving up cheese....it's evil....
    and dietsoda....which i did last year and it really helped my w/l and water intake
    i was going to give up smoking but i did that already....so i am thinking of a third thing ~ i am choosing between:
    drinking only 3 cups of coffee/tea a day
    giving up cream....(this will be hard but will be goood for me)
    or giving up ranch dressing


    all of these things are my vices...so hmmm what should i do...what are other people giving up.?

    I have already given up caffeine completely (decaf included) and drinking only water!!!
    I am giving up cheese
    and all processed food!!!

      I'm giving up giving things up.... (except for non Atkins stuff)... done enough giving up to last me a lifetime!
