    I'm a 30 lb loser! Wooo hooo Horray! Today is a great day in Atkins success for me! Ive hit my first atkins goal 30 lbs! I'm on week 7 on the extended induction and I have to say I Looooove this diet! Not only do I feeling great and looking good I can eat on this diet!!! I've had a couple bumps in the road but I've worked them out I believe and Im on a losing trend again! wahooo! I want to thank everyone who responded to a post I placed in the introduction section for their kind words and support. Your words have carried me through not quitting when the going got rough! Thanks and God Bless!

    That is wonderful Karry! Is this your first time on atkins? just curious. I started 8 weeks ago too and can say i've had my share of bumps also. but the overall feeling of satisfaction, no more cravings, the looser clothes, HOW SWEET IT IS!!! Keep going girl, you can do it!
