  • Cravings!!! AHHH!!!!!

    I am almost at my two weeks for Induction (Monday), but I am having the worst cravings today!!!! I don't know what is causing it, I am not doing anything different than I usually do. I have stayed away all day, no carbage for me!!! I just wanted to vent a little, only ADBB understands!!!! I will make it through this, and have a clean Induction!! Thanks for listening!!
    What would we do without it?



    Mini-goal- 149 by June 1st. I can do it!!!

    Frankenfoods- Low Carb Shakes, Bars, Candies.
    Sugar Alcohols= Weight loss stalls and cravings!!
    These are BAD for us!!!!

    Quick, eat some fat! Or take some chromium picolinate! (I never spell that right) It will pass, do something to take your mind off it, like read a good book, soak in a bubble bath! Cut your toenails, or call someone you haven't talked to in a while and just talk! Don't let it get you, it's just your body changing, and for the better!

        Thanks guys!!! I ate two deviled eggs, and played cards on the Computer and I made it!!! Day #13 and no cheating!!!
        What would we do without it?

            Good job! Every hurdle we overcome gets us that much closer to goal. I SO agree with Betty...go do something active when you get a craving!

              Wonderful! Now, just remember, most of the times cravings, even the strong ones, are short lived. You basically have to last about 30 minutes to an hour and it will most likely fade. Good job getting away from it that time! I'm so glad!
