So what Atkins friendly things can I find there? I'm planning on making a trip tommorow, among other stuff like food, I was wondering if they had stuff like ketosticks too?

You'll find the flaxseed (actually, they don't have the seed where I go, but the ground flaxmeal instead) in the same area as flour/cornbread, etc. And, I love the stuff!

Oh yes, my superwalmart has pork rinds .. and believe me, I won't fight you for them! BLECH!
My rationale is: why eat the pork rinds, when you can eat the pork?

Super Wal-Mart has Pork Rinds (by the chips) and Flax can be found in the pharmacy by all the supplements.F/5'0"

I've noticed a lot of the meat at Wal-Mart is injected w/ a solution (don't know what's in it)... Not sure if that's a cause of concern for you, after I noticed I quit buying it. Other than that I shop there all time.

Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol
