Re: Not So Sure About This

ok guys! i STOPPED the diet coke! and am drinking up to five bottles of water a day! i feel like i'm swimming most of the time

i kinda freaked out at first, but at the end of day 2 i started noticing my urine and breath were smelling different.

i even started measuring the cheese. the salad portions are easier b/c of the bowls i put them in are the right size

i am a scale addict....and i am trying to stop....it's harder to stop than the soda!

That smell, that funky smell, THAT'S KETOSIS!!!! YIPPIE FOR YOU!!!! That's so awesome! Great job upping the water and measuring and cutting out the soda....you are doing so fantastic!! I am so proud of you, I Knew you could do it!!!!!

A lot of people say not to weigh, b/c it makes a lot of people want to give up. I have been that person before. The scale would be up, and I'd eat whatever I wanted. You cannot depend on it, but if you want to weigh yourself to see where you are at, that's fine. I weigh every single day. I don't rely on it, but I like to know where I am at. As long as you take it w/ a grain of salt like someone said...you will be just fine Just don't let it get you down, that's all.

For me, the scale is a TOTAL motivator!! If it is down..yippie! I will keep doing what I'm doing and even work a little harder to be sure it keeps moving...and if it's up, I just tell myself, I need to be more concious of what I am eating, and how much. I end up working hard no matter what it says!!!

You gotta do what works for you. Getting on that scale and seeing how it went up made you more concious of what you were eating and drinking. In this case, it helped you and I don't see anything wrong w/ that, as long as it helps you for the better
I am a total scale slave, and I don't plan on changing

this one is easy for me.......i barely eat salt......only eat it on potatoes.....and since no potatoes right now..............i am addicted to PEPPER though
