I was reading dh's copy of "Men's Health" and found this buried in a bulletin item on page 42:
YES!! Now, if they would only proclaim this from the rooftops instead of burying it, we might get some respect!
A new review in the Journal of Nutrition found that since 2003, all 13 studies comparing low-carbohydrate and low-fat diets reported that low-carb eating was superior to the low-fat approach in reducing heart-disease risk factors.
