Yea!! For those of you who don't know, IWILLBETHIN started her journey a year ago today!! I think she deserves a big for all of her hard work.

You are one of the reason I joined this board. I saw your pictures and I saw how happy you looked and I realized, I too wanted to be that happy. Thank you for being such an inspiration and changing so many lives.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!

Let's give her the recognition that she so deserves!

Thank you so much! Yeper...tmrw is the day! Back to strict induction for 6 weeks. I've been playing around here lately but have maintained and of course exercising daily. I'm looking forward to making goal soon!

My lenten promise:
Induction for 6 weeks
1000 crunches
2000 obliques (gotta work on the flabby stomach)
Running:
2 miles Monday
3 miles Tuesday
3 miles Weds.
6 miles Thurs.
2 miles Fridays

My next 10K is on March 11 and i'm determined to get down to a 11min mile or better!
