    One more pound gone this week. I am happy and surprised, and I was a bit of a piggy this week. No cheating, but I did eat way too much. I will do better this week!!
    I only have 5 more pounds to lose and I will weigh what I did when I met my DH 8 years ago!!! I am so excited about that. I can't wait to see how great everyone else did.
    What would we do without it?



    Mini-goal- 149 by June 1st. I can do it!!!

        I'm up 1 pound....I'm paying the price for eating corn for Easter.

        I should be more positive about this, because any normal Easter, I'd be up 20lbs, not just 1, but it's been 3 weeks now that I've stalled. It's time to kick it into high gear...no more diet pop, I know better.

                Afraid between the lines of about 16 oz of chicken breast meat and 60 g of Franken-coating lay a 3#+ setback; over that now, but am now right back at 206 same as last week. Day 2 of renewed induction...

                  Just restarted yesterday, so I don't actually have anything to report yet. But I'll make tuesdays my weigh-in and see where that leads me in the future.

                    Well, at least I finally moved this week.


                    Last week (and past 4 weeks): 245
                    This week: 244

                    Not stellar progress, but progress none the less. I have been at 245 for the last 4 weeks and it is getting pretty old

                    I have not been cheating and continue to stay in Induction as any time I push my carbs up I get hungry and start having some pretty severe cravings.

                    I started going to the gym on April 14th and go every other day mixing aerobic with wieght training. Starting on Monday I up'ed my water intake to 135 oz a day to see if the additional water will help flush something out

                    Hope all of you are doing fantastic and keep on keepin on!

                      Well I lost one pound this week, but technically it's probably more. I didn't get to do my weigh-in last week until Saturday, so that's 1 pound since Saturday, not a whole week. And with a 5 pound loss from 4/5 to 4/15 that's 6 pounds in 2 weeks, so I'm feeling great about my progress.
                      Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.

                      I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!

                          Here I am......Here I am..........

                          Didnt weigh in cos I had my red haired aunt visiting and new i had gained weight.I was upto 208 the other day but am happy to weigh in at 206.5 this morning.I will be lower in the next couple of days.I always Bloat. I also wasnt home for 4 days and let me tell ya.....the crap people eat during easter is unreal.I called ahead to let everyone know what way of eating I was doing and do you think they could comprehend it?They said they were having ham on Friday....great, made sure it wasnt honey ham or maple ham....so I was thinking it would be ok.......BUT.....dont they coat it with pineapple........AHHHHH.Not to mention that was the only meat they had for my stay until Saturday afternoon.I had to eat it for dinner and breakfast.I ended up buying some pepperoni sticks at the local gas station just so I wouldnt starve.They all looked at me like I was crazy........yeah, that and hungry.They didnt have any bottled water, only pop, thank god they had some diet otherwise I would have been dehydrated as well.I think it all caused my weight to go up.I just thought as family they would help me out.......unreal.Anyway, I was down to 205.5 before I left on Friday morning, but will accept the 206.5 of at least a minor loss.Will hopefully be on track for next Tuesday with a visit from the whooshie fairy.
                          Way to go guys and keep up the good work.On the bright side........we made it thru easter without cheating once......Congrats.

                            New week of weigh in. 2 lbs. down from last weeks weight. Really happy about that since the scale hasn't moved favorably in two weeks.

                                Well...weighed in today and the scale was actually nice to me today.

                                Last week weight: 244
                                This week weight: 241 a loss of 3lbs.

                                Feeling pretty snazzy today and will continue on with extended induction. Congratulations everyone on your accomplishments! Keep up the great effort!
