Lets start by going to the review my menu forum and post what you are eating on a daily basis.

Assuming you are a woman is it near that time of the month?

My weight can bounce up or down 1/2-2 pounds for no appartent reason...all the time, espceially if I have had a lot of sodium or processed foods/deli meats/hot dogs etc...

I wouldn't worry too much about it and try...try to stay off the scale.

defineteley posting you menu for review is a good idea too..

Most people will only weigh themselves once a week. It's a small weight gain so it could always just be water weight. But I'll third that motion to post your diet ^_^

Re: Is This Normal During Induction????

Weights fluctuate a lot in a single day. I honestly wouldn't worry about a one or two day gain as it can be gone, with more in the next day. Yes, I'd say what you're seeing is normal. It could be water, or who knows what... I've been through this, as a daily weigher, many many times in my two month journey so far. Don't be discouraged by it at all. If you're true to the WOE it will be true to you.

Calling it GOAL at this point. I'm happy with where I am now and hope to stay there, or maybe even take it down a little more.

i also weigh daily and can attest to the fact that weight loss does not go straight down, up down and the same...as long as it goes down as a trend I am happy.

Weigh once a week only, it is just too frustrating otherwise
