  • i did it i did it!!!

    ok so yesterday at they gym i ran on the treadmill for 30 min...and by ran i mean no stopping and walking, no nothing, flat out running for 30 min!!!!! i have NEVER been able to do this....i felt great!!!!! today i am just a little sore..in my calfs and abs strangley?!?! oh well i am still happy that i did it!! i can't believe that I am now one of those people who goes to the gym and RUNS!!!

                  Congrats, just look at that 25lb marathon medal that ttdriver received. I don't mind running but I have to take it slow this month because I have a broken foot. I have been slowing down the speed and cranking up the incline lately and burning more calories than just straight running.
