Does anyone know how many carbs there are in rocket?

Just in case anyone's not sure what it is:

I eat this stuff quite a lot and usually just add it to my totals as spinach or lettuce.

This says rocket is arugula. If so, then
.5 cups of arugula has .4 total carbs, and .2 net carbs, with .2 fiber, .1 fat, .3 protein, and 3 calories.

The numbers are per the Atkins site.

I think it called Arugula in USA. does it look like this, John?

If so fitday lists it as 1 carb for 1 cup
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Yes Elizellen is right. Rocket salad is Arugula; I love it too and eat it often

I usually buy the fresh one from the veggie market though
I tried the pre-packed one from tesco but is not as tasty as the fresh one

I get mine in portobello market nice and fresh.

Failing that I buy bags of it from the same place that comes from a farm somewhere in kent.

Arugula is great. It's easy to grow too, so I grow my own every year.

It's a member of the cabbage family so it has all the health benefits of the cabbages.

Also, it makes a nice cooked vegetable too.
