I just went to fitday and it said today i had had 128grams of fat......can that be right?What should I be eating for meat?I had hamburger,bacon and sausage.....is that horrible or what?Lean meats right?CAn they be deli meats from the store.I heard some eat sliced ham and roll cream cheese?That I could eat.I'm on induction.....so is that ok?
