What is an accurate way to track how many calories I need per day. I use fitday, and it says something like this:
Calories Burned Today
source cals % total
Total: 3157
Basal: 1913 61%
Lifestyle: 1244 39%
Activities: 0 0
Notice I have NO activities listed. Which number is accurate, if I want to lose weight? Or what calculation do I need to use?
