    Nestle Orange Splash Water - can we have it?

    Hi. I just want to make sure it's ok to have this water on the Induction. It's by Nestle and called Pure Life Orange Splash. It has what it calls "natural fruit flavors". It's sweetened with Splenda and has no sugar or carbs or anything. I was just specifically wondering about those fruit flavors.

    So is this ok?

    I would think it's okay. HOWEVER! It is in addition to your daily water intake, not part of and you must count it towards your 3 servings per day of artificial sweetener.

        I'm in Northern Virginia. I just came from the Fat Flush board where I had been doing that diet for two weeks. It was very difficult!!
