  • help..

    hi guys...can someone please explain to me the how to's on measuring yourself here are my questions

    Where?
    How?
    Do you do it or does someone else?

    I know you need to use a sewing type measuring tape I have one of those..what else do I need to know.

    Well I measure my waist, hips and thighs. I literally wrap the measure around the area, e.g. my waist - don't pull it tight, let it sit comfortably and make a note of the number in inches. Do the same for your hips and thighs.

    Depending on yourself, you might want to measure around the tops of your arms as well as that is a problem area for a lot of people.

    I am measuring once a week and when my scales remain unchanged I can feel happy in the knowledge that I'm still losing inches.

      Oh yeah and I do it myself but having someone else do it for you could certainly make the whole thing more enjoyable
