  • First Time on Scale Since Starting

    Today I weighed myself for the 1st time since I started induction last thursday morning and I have lost 5 pounds. I am doing pretty well.. not cheating..not even tempted. Have been working out..walking and doing weight machines at the gym.

    Anyone have any ideas on tummy exercises that are good??

    EXCELLENT PROGRESS! Congratulations!! 5 pounds is really good!

    Great job with the exercise too!!

    For the tummy .. spot reducing doesn't work, but overall progressively rigorous cardio will burn body fat from everywhere, including your stomach. To firm and tighten, I highly recommend an exercise ball and doing crunches on those. It really is quite a good workout!! Most discount stores sell exercise ball DVDs so pick one up and give it a try!

      Congratulations! You're off to a great start. Don't forget to take your measurements too. You'll be glad you did.
