I found them in a bulk bin at my neighborhood grocery store. They don't list the ingredients - they are just little hard candies (fruit flavoured). I'll check the Sweet-n-low site and post the info I find there.
Well, I got the information, and too bad. Won't be having those little treats any time soon! Here it is...
Sweet’N Low® Fruit Flavors hard candies include strawberry, grape, orange, and lemon flavors. They are fat free and sugar free. One bag contains approximately 20 candies. Each case contains 12 packages of 2.75 oz.
Sweet’N Low® Fruit Flavors hard candies contain 30 calories per 15g serving compared to 60 calories per same size serving of sugar hard candies.

It would depend if you counted sugar alcohols or not. All the carbs are from sugar alcohols, 14 grams worth. If you count these, you're right, it's 14 grams. If not, I would say every once in awhile if you're not sensitive to these it would be ok. Be extremely careful about portion control and that these don't bring on other cravings.

I had 3 of them one day, one after the other, but they didn't trigger any other cravings and I didn't notice any weight gain at all. I was satisfied and forgot about it. I'll have to go back and read up on sugar alcohols...I didn't consider that!
