  • Gaining!!

So, over the past 3 days I have noticed the scale creep from 188 to 191. I am really freaking out, is a 3 pound creep normal around TOM??? It should be here in about 2 days. I do not want to call this an offical gain!!! I was in OWL rung 1, but moved back into induction as my BF started this WOE on Monday. My measurements have not changed, but I do not like this trend upward!! I have been working out and also watching my caloric intake as I can have a tendancy to overdo it on occasion. Thanks for any advice. Oh, and I don't use fitday so I can't post that here. XOXOX

To me, a humble man, it does sound as if it could be TOM related.

Is this your first TOM since starting out on Atkins?

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Oh yes, a 3 lb gain 2 days before TOM is totally normal. You should lose it once TOM arrives.
No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.

Yup, it can be normal for many. Just stick to your Atkins, exercise, drink your water and take your supplements and you will meet your goals.
