    Re: Mayonnaise...

Steak for me, I have to have a juicy steak at least 3 times a week or I go through withdrawals.

This may sound boring, but water is also one of my favouite staples now.

My favorite Atkins staple would definately be water and steak, too!

Now my favorite ADBB staple, that would be Mr.Rich, without a doubt!

Sweetballs, beef ribs, Ranch dressing, and shirataki noodles! Olive oil is something I crave daily, too.

Fish & eggs for me. I eat about 2-3 dozen eggs a week, and have fish (salmon, cod, mahi-mahi) about 3 times a week.

                    Re: Mayonnaise...

I put garlic and onion on everything, too! Oh, and pepper. Though I've tried to, I simply cannot stand white pepper; even just a dash has ruined everything I've ever put it on.

Chrisie, thank you; you have made my day.

Wow! I don't eat mayonnaise, cream cheese or sour cream.

I would have to say mine is eggs.

I was wondering the same thing Amy Rocks posted...I have trouble getting my fat in...and i was wondering how much mayonaise is too much??? I use the Duke's mayo with no sugar added...all natural....but i feel so much guilt eating mayo (probably because of all the low fat diets i have been on where mayo was the enemy). Can mayo stall if you use 3 or 4 tablespoons a day?

                            Mine is eggs, then steak.

I wish I could find sugar free mayonnaise, no dice so far, three different groceries.
