Re: help me convert!
I think half a litre is 16 oz.
But I am in England and we dont count water in ounces, so I may well be wrong. Dont quote me on it.

Its close - 2 liters is 67.2 oz. Here in the states we use a thing called "quarts" and 2 quarts = 64oz.Originally posted by RichtThanks for the feedback, I was sure that 2litres was 64 ounzes, but was unsure. I now obviously know that it is.

Re: help me convert!
If you even need anything converted, go to google.com and just type in for example, liters to ounces, and different calculators pop up. I have to do it all the time myself.

1 liters = 33.8140226 US fluid ounces
so .5 liters would be about 16.5 ounces. I drink the big bottle of evian sometimes and they are 1.5 liters, and I always for get that! LOL*Dieting makes you look good with your clothes on...exercise make you look good with them off.*

Re: help me convert!
There's too much water when you get to the point that you're flushing out the electrolytes. it takes quite a bit of water in a small period of time, and not getting your daily nutrients will contribute to it. If you're eating and drinking throughout the day, it isn't something to worry about. it feels like being dehydrated. I don't want you to think i'm pulling this out of the air. I'm an army medic. i'm not citing any references, but i've been out in the desert for a year, as well as other lovely vacation spots, so I can recall what it looks like pretty well. It takes a lot of water and alot of not eating, or a lot of physical activity to get to that point.
