    How much water have you drank??

    It's that time again...time to be accountable!!

    Soooooo.................

    How much water have you drank???

    I am working on 48 oz....what about you?

    *Dieting makes you look good with your clothes on...exercise make you look good with them off.*

    Today I've had my six cups so far and am getting ready to refill to hit eight before I leave work. Then I'll try and squeeze in a few more before beddie.

          I am working on 48oz right now. This weekend I am going to try to shatter all my personal H2O records and really flush out my system.

            200 oz. or about 6 litres.

            I'm on a candida diet so not drinks apart from water right now...

                  I have had 80oz so far. I will probably have about 32 more oz before bedtime..

                    still at 2 liters for me!! and time for another half liter before bed (not sure how many ounces that is cause my bottles are half liters

                      I usually hit about two liters and 20 or so more ounces. Since I'm on campus the only other drinks out there are soda and milk- soy milk too ><

                          lol It's so hard to pick out the right foods! I invested in a 20 ounce bottle that has a filter attached to it too, and that's been great

                              Well, I got in my 100 oz yesterday. Today I want to add one more bottle and make that 124. Wish me luck LOL!
