    Jasmain!!

    I just noticed your new photo alongside your before and last month's during photos!
    I cant believe there is only a month between the last two - you have shrunk so much!!
    From a size 14 to a size 10 in only 25 days is amazing
    Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

    Oh yes, Jasmain is looking rather foxy, isn't she? You go, girl!
    No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.

      Awww, thank you so much! I'm feeling so good, and you all make me feel even better! What did I do you ask? I got off my butt and started a great exercise program of cardio and weight lifting! SEE, we won't bulk up ladies!
