    I Love This Board

    Just thought I'd take a moment to leet everyone know how much they're appreciated.
    It really keeps me on track and I love that everyone is so positive.
    Thanks to everyone for keeping it alive and thanks to all the folks who monitor and do all the back of house stuff.
    I check in here a few times every day and I just love it.
    And well done to everyone for giving this way of life a go.
    You're a winner!

                      ADBB allowed me to gain the knowledge and the support the first time around to lose over 40lbs! I left and look what happened

                              First let me congratulate on your weight loss and understanding that most of us need some support to succeed in our journeys.

                              Now with that being said I can not help but mention that your time line of pictures looks like police mugshots.
