  • a big test

    well i am off for vacation for a week

    it's going to be hard to stay on the plan...not because i don't want too but because i am not going to be cooking for myself etc, my friends will be....so i am worried....also i am wondering when i am going to fit exercise in....so i am a little worried...but i have a good reslove so hopefully it'll be alright

    enjoy your low carb Atkins eating vacation. I'm sure you can get in a lot of walking exercise sightseeing hwere ever you go.

      One of the things that helped me at the dinner party last night was to brag about how great I feel. Then no one busted my chops when I didn't drink, didn't have dessert, or pushed the potatoes onto the dbf's plate.

        I am sure you will do fine. Your friends will probably be wanting to take you out and about, or may even be willing to exercise with you. As for staying on plan, just focus on the meat, veggies, eggs & cheese (AND your friends, of course.) Have a wonderful, low carb vacation!!!
