    Diets books 1992 & 2002

    is their a big difference in 1992 and 2002 diet books??

    Yes. The biggest difference is that the 1992 book does not count "net carbs". In other words, fiber isn't subtracted. Therefore the "other vegetables" are limited to 2/3 cup rather than 1 cup.

    Another big difference is that the On Going Weight Loss phase is less structured.

      and rule 5 is changed! 2002 said you can't eat anything not on the lists and 1992 said you could use a carb counter to pick your own 20 grams.

            Enjoy that vita-nutrient book .. what a WEALTH of great info in that one!

            Also, Dr. Atkins Age-Defying Diet is another gem!
