Why dont you post your meals? Maybe one of the old timers will spot something that's stalling you...

Re: Has Anyone Else Experienced This????

I have experienced a similiar problem- lost 28 pounds in 16 weeks and then have been fighting with the same 2-4 lbs for over 2 months and it is a bit frustrating- I am below 20 gms of carbs and am in ketosis because my stix are purple but not losing weight and clothing isn't really noticably different. I got put on Plavix and Lipitor at about the time that the weight stopped coming off-Anyone have ideas? I am waiting for a huge whoosh but it doesn't seem to come. Where are the ketones coming from if I am not burning fat? Can you be burning fat and not loose weight for that long? I need some support too, thanks

Re: Has Anyone Else Experienced This????

Thanks Big JOhn, but I already did that and I was told to drink more water and limit my diet colas.I have added alot of water, and pretty much eliminated any colas, just the odd treat here and there of the diet orange crush which is made with splenda.
I'm sure I am just going thru the normal 2-4th week induction stall.
Just cross your fingers and perhaps say a little prayer for me?Thanks guys.

I have been sitting on 104.5/105 kg since the 11 February, it just will not move. It is very frustrating, as I ma going to the gym 6 days a week, but it must do it eventually, just a matter of being patient and not lapsing due to frustration!

On my knees praying for a big WOOSH for ya Diva.

I know how you feel. I started at 186, went down to 179.5, am now back up to 182 BUT!!! I measured myself too and am DOWN 8+ inches. I CAN'T weigh myself everyday now cause our scales broke. I took that as a sign from God to get my butt off the scale and to trust in the tape!!

Keep going! Too many people on here who have been through it know. They wouldn't steer you wrong!

Slippin in a prayer for you too 2Mustangs!

Re: Has Anyone Else Experienced This????

I would suggest booting the scale as well. I believe the scale can be very evil most times. Go by how you look and how your clothing fits, or just take measurments only for a bit. Also remember how long it took you to put on your weight, it is going to take some time getting it off but it WILL come off! You would only beat yourself up big time if you ate any cake also, so do yourself a favor and stay away.

Re: Has Anyone Else Experienced This????

I just lost 4 pounds overnight after stalling for 3 months. I have been whining all over the STAC forum about how my body is sitting stuck at one weight, I even gained a few before I lost, and wondered HOW? I firmly believe that if you do your work outs every day, and stick to plan, it WILL come off, and when it does, its a nice loss. Stick with it.

Hey Diva. I am SO glad you brought up the Post induction stall syndrome! I have to tell ya, I lost 7.5 pounds the first week and NOTHING for the next 3 weeks and WHAM like 5 pounds gone over the weekend. Look at it this way, Dr. A says to expect 1-2 pound loss each week, gurl you are blowing that ## outta the water!

Also, if you haven't been *ahen* regular, that could be an issue. I know if that happens to me, the weight goes up, b/c I am not getting rid of it. I know it sounds funny, but it's true! LOL

Take care! Hay, maybe you could try the whooshie pie!
*Dieting makes you look good with your clothes on...exercise make you look good with them off.*

Lost a total of: 15.75 inches!!
