Ok, I am still at 165 and have been for two weeks. I took a hard look at what I have been doing. I have been watching what I eat, carbs, calories, everything except for those STUPID pork rinds!! That has to be it, they are the only different food that I have eaten regulary since this 'scale stall'. I threw them in the trash this morning, and I shall buy no more!! I never ate those things before this WOL, I just loved the crunchy snacky feeling it gave me. I never thought that they could cause a stall, but I am 99% sure that they are the problem. I don't really think this is a 'stall', because my clothes fit better and I feel great. I will just have a healthy snack from now on, but half the time I wanted those darn things and I wasn't even hungry. Maybe it is a trigger food for me??


What would we do without it?
