I brought this up in the Volunteer section and I received the go ahead.
I thought it would be a good idea if we all had extra things that relate to Atkins, low carb, diets etc.
We can offer it here and help others that way too.
I also think it would be nice if the item was offered again once it was read. But that wouldn't be a requirement.


So we would need list the item, and if you want to pay postage, or you want the person wanting the item to pay postage. The person wanting the item should post you would like it. No address given on list, PM that information only when you were told you have it.
