I have read about it in Atkins's diet book. It's a quick eating anything that's healthy etc., but isn't allowed on the diet, but, it's only about 60 min - then you need to stop. I know that Rachel and Richard Heller popularizes it. Can anybody tell me something more and have you tried it?
