    I couldn't find this posted and thought it might be very helpful. I use it all the time to quickly look up specifics in the text and refresh my memory. If you search for the word carbohydrate you can pretty much read the entire book online via the search results.

    Hmmm did anyone ever hear of bearshare?

    Hmmmm a search in apps and archives for Atkins could yield someonteresting results...
