back from vaca...with mixed results

  • back from vaca...with mixed results

    well i am back from vaca in sunny north carolina and am here to confess my sins...suprizingly there are not many...and it was kinda hard...

    i kept my eating up pretty well with only a few slip ups towards the end....
    1) 2 sugarfree vanalla skim lattes- whoops
    and the big one
    2) a small bowl of fudge and caramel icecream with lowfat chocolate sause

    otherwise i ate as if i was on the nut rung of owl...ie more veggies and some nuts...

    i didn't really exercise AT ALL...i mean i went walking quite a bit but no real exercise

    so today i start back on super strict induction and super strict exercise rutine...i am going hard core so hopefully that will offset these set backs

    Well, it could have been worse!! You could have went off plan the whole time. If you don't mind me asking, did you put any weight on? I hope not!! Good for you, getting right back on this WOL! Glad you had a good time on vacation.
    What would we do without it?

      hey
      well my weight is really weird it kinda yo-yos on a week to week basis...for example i'll losse 4 lbs one week like from 176-173 then gain a lb or stay put the next and then the next loose 4-6 lbs...and then gain a lb and then lose 5 more...
      it's been like that everytime i have dieted or changed eating no matter what i do...so i kinda lose i guess a net weight of 2lbs a week...so i did gain a lb but i don't know if that is just my strange body or b/c of my eating....
