    i just want to say thank you soo much to all of those who have reached and maintained their goals and are still active on the board!!! Y'all give the rest of us such motiviation and hope, plus some really GREAT advice. When ever i am feeling like it's just too hard or i am never going to achive my goal i can alway count on reading one of your posts and get myself re-motivated. Thanks soo much for paying-it forward and not forgetting about the rest of us who are on our way to join you in the wonder of THIN-NESS AND HEALTHY-NESS

    and I agree everyone here motivates me to keep on keeping on ...

    so reading what other people are doing ...how they are acheiving goals and what the new pleasures a new body holds....well it is all good as I see it!!!


    there are sooo many good ideas and intentions on this board it is fun to keep coming back and being inspired!!!

          I was just so amazed by those people that helped me that to do otherwise would have only invited the weight to return. There you know my secret -- I help others because I know it helps me stay straight and true as well. If it actually helps someone else, I am only that much more happy. Plus you guys are some of the best friends a person could want. Why would anyone want to leave?

            yep saying active here keeps me from even thinking about going back to well one serving won't hurt mentality. besides my mother hen complex wants all you little chicks to be goalies too.

                This was an excellent post!! Bravo to all those who made it and are helping us. I know that when I get to goal, I will still be here helping and telling my story. It really does mean a lot, and from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU!!!
                What would we do without it?
