what are you doing for the mandatory exercise part of Atkins?

About the water Bren too was stalled out in the spring of 2003 and upped her water and started losing again. We called her the water queen she was drinking so much. Atkins is a natural diuretic plan and if you aren't giving your body all the water it needs itr will hold on to all it can get so drink up and pee off those fluid pounds.

There is a reason Dr Atkins defined Stalls as 4 WEEKS of no scale nor inches lost
as somebody already ask are you losing inches. On Atkins as we morph our bodies we can add some water weight and muscle weight while shedding fat mass and if they are the same total amounts the scales will tell you no change and not validate your hard work. BUt the tape measure will see the change in body comp and tell you great job working your Atkins.

SInce you have done well losing so far and it isn't 4 weeks yet don't abondon any of your foods yet. Make sure you are just eating enough food to satisfy your hunger when you eat and stopping even if you giot room in your belly, food on the plate or carbs in the budget. if you get hungry eat again but don't eat just to eat!
