Re: No of eggs
As many as you want - just count the carbs they have. Less than 1 per egg. www.fitday.com will help out a lot with that. Just remember to eat to hunger and stop when you are full

Re: No of eggs
I think the most I have ever eaten in one day has been 7. They are easy to make when you're busy. I wouldn't worry about eating too many. Enjoy.Michele SW250/CW 226/GW150 F, 38, 5'6"
I was down to 175 in 2007 and I will get back there again!

Re: No of eggs
I used to eat quite a few, but these days I tend to have just 3 max a day.
Sometimes none though. It also depends on how I am cooking them. If I am having them soft / hard boiled I usually just have two. If fried I may have 3 and if scrambled its usually 4. But it depends on the day and how I feel.

Re: No of eggs
I Loooooooooovvvvvvvvveeeeeeeee my eggs!! I almost always have 2 in the morning. When I made tuna or ham salad to lay on top of a bed of lettuce, I usually add a chopped hard-boiled egg to the mix. And then there's always eggs in recipes too! I love the organic eggs with the super golden-yellow yolks. They are just so beautiful! And yummy!F/45(!?)/5'11"

Re: No of eggs
Problem with eggs is that too many and you can become "Eggbound" as my mother used to call it.
i.e. Too many eggs and you'll need lots of fibre to shift it out the other end!
I agree with Cypress girl..just remember to count an egg as a gram of carbs and you should be o.k.

Re: No of eggs
Several years ago, when Dr. Atkins was still alive and running the Atkins Center (please note not Atkin Nutritional but the Atkins Center itself). I called and they suggested 4-5 eggs a day.Bren
