I've seen a lot of posts from people who say "such-and-such" caused cravings -- everything from peanut butter to celery. What exactly does that mean? Is it cravings for sweets and starches ... or cravings to overeat too much of that item ... or just that it makes you hungry instead of satisfying hunger.
I'm in the berry rung of OWL now and I don't think I've experienced this problem yet. I mean, I crave things I shouldn't have every once in a while, but I don't think they're tied to particular legal foods. But as I try more stuff moving up the rungs I want to know how to recognize it.
