  • What is "Rep Power"?

    I noticed, on my little "profile" on my posts, on the upper right hand side it says "rep power" 0. What's rep power and how do I get me some of that?!?!

    The longer you are a here, the more posts you make and the more times people give you a "rep". Click on icon that looks like a pair of scales just above where you can see your number of rep points.

    There is a multitude of ways.

    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      As Rich said, your 'rep power' is built up by contributing to the discussions by making posts and by others giving you points (like brownie points I suppose) for what you say or how you support others by your posts.
      All members can give 'rep points' to others who have made a particularly insightful or helpful post. Just click on the little scales to the right of the bar above anyones post and do it!! You can add a comment if you want to let that person know your reason for thanking them for making the post.
