  • YAY!! I keep having to change my signature.

    I used to think that I was unable to lose weight because of my thyroid.

    I restarted March 2nd, and the weight has been literally DROPPING OFF, even with the dreaded TOM.

    Crazy, isn't it?!

          That is fantastic! 26 lbs. gone since March 2nd. Could you possibly give an example of you menu, it would be great to see what you are eating so that I might have an idea to how to make my weight drop quicker. Once again, Way to Go!

                Well, this time I decided that I would just eat completely clean.


                Breakfast

                3 eggs scrambled
                water

                Lunch

                1 cup of salad w mimimal dressing
                small hamburger
                water

                Dinner

                1 cup salad w minimal dressing
                3-4 oz. lean steak or chicken
                water

                no dessert

                none of the sf jello with whipped cream, or any processed meat, or those awful frankenfoods.

                  Thanks for posting your menu. Obviously just have to stick with the bare necessities and not live it up like the others out there. Like I said earlier your results are fantastic!
