I just recently re-started Atkins, but I have been extremely active in dance and other workouts for about 5 months. I went down one size and I can tell I've lost a lot of fat in my upper body. My current pants are nice and loose on my thighs and lower butt now, but I have quite a roll just under my belly button that's keeping me from going down to the next smaller size of pants. I've never lost weight in my thighs before my tummy so this is strange. Usually my fat loss starts at the top and works it's way down to the tummy, then the thighs. My abs get plenty of work. And to make it worse the more my other body parts shrink the more prominent this roll looks. In case anyone asks, this is definitely a fat roll and not a baby in there!
