    Deep Frying

    Is deep frying allowed during induction phase?

    Canola oil, sunflower oil and corn oil allowed or not. Plz let me know about using lemon also is it allowed.

    yes you can deep fry any oil is fine and lemon juice is allowed in small quantities 2 tbl a day if I am not mistaken...

      You can certainly deep fry during Induction. Usually the breading options are crushed pork rinds or parmesan cheese. Either one does nicely with chicken. Oil does not matter except you want one with a high smoking temp.
