OK, this is what I want. I want to lose 30 Pounds (probably will lose less) in 7 weeks. I have made an ultimatum like that, because after 7 weeks I'm going to go abroad and I need to feel good. If I look good - I feel good.
So, I really need somebody's help. This is all I'm going to do. Also there are things that could trouble me.
Today I'm starting the first phase (again) and I'm going to:
-Eat ONLY allowed foods (pork and other meat; eggs; butter; fish; sour cream; liver and smoked sausages; vegetables)
-Drink about 2 - 2,5 litres of water per day
-Go to gym 1 - 2 times per week
-Run about 30 - 45 min about three times per week
-Do stomach exercises every day
-Don't use alcohol in the induction
These are things that could trouble me and I need somebody to help me with them (can I and how much etc.):
-Cheese (I still haven't understood how much can I)
-Pills and liquids (I use "Memoria", it says that there are Hypericum D1 15 ml; Ginkgo D6 10 ml; Conium D6 10 ml; Ginseng D6 10 ml; Arnica D12 10 ml and ethanol in it. Could it stop or trouble my weight loss? I really need to understand that. And, I'm using "Nootropil"
-Gum (sugarfree) one packet per day
-Coffee (with caffeine, because didn't find without) 600 - 700 gramme per week
-Sour cream with 15 % fat (how much can I?)
-Mouthwash (don't swallow, of course)
-Alcohol (after induction, how much can I and what kind of?)
-I smoke
This would be a normal day of mine (induction):
-2 litres of water
-3 eggs
-Three cups of vegetables (radish, cucumbers, celery etc.)
-300 gramme of pork
-50 gramme of sour cream
-150 gramme of fish (hake etc.)
I don't know for how long I'm going to stay at the first phase, probably only 14 days and then to OWL (will use about 25 or 30 gramme of carbs). I really really need advices, experience, suggestions. Please, help?
